We worked with Wael to move a very "tough to sell" piece of commercial real estate. Wael did his research and homework and was able to find a buyer that suited the situation perfectly. Instead of waiting for buyers to come to us he went out knocking on doors to find someone! Great job Wael.

He is great agent, very fast in action and very professional but sometimes he won’t answer the phone or all your questions and I don’t know maybe because he is very busy agent or it’s the way the agents behave. Overall he is very friendly and will get you a nice deal.
