Mr. Phillips took me through the process of selling my house step by step. He gave me a great deal of information on listings and sales of houses in my area. Wael responded to our request to see a condo on an early Saturday morning. Even though it was a holiday weekend. He understood we had very limited time to find a home and return to Florida to pack up and arrange for movers and a closing. He worked with us tirelessly until we found something. He gave us what seemed to be his undivided attention. He is a great realtor and a gentleman.

Mike helped me find a beautiful house and then helped rent it out. He was very helpful and supportive through out the process and made it so easy for me to purchase the house. I was from out of state and he walked me through the entire process and was there whenever I called to discuss any issues. Mike was excellent to work with as he always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for me.

Mike did a great job helping us sell our late mother's home which was in the family for 62 years. His awareness of the local market and regulations made it a smooth and stress free selling experience.
