He listed and sold our home in under a week!!! He comes with years of experience and it shows. I’ll definitely be using him again. He entered our home with a great understanding of our neighborhood, the values and told us what the Comp’s are in the area. We wanted to sell for less but he encouraged us to ask for more because the values have gone up and it was a sellers market as he called it. We've had Michael sell three of our homes. Always willing to go wherever needed. Picks up the phone immediately--rarely a voicemail! Houses put on the market on a Monday and by Wednesday we had offers!! Staff is kind and caring.
