Mike brings with his expertise a team that can take care of anything that is needed to ideally market your house. We moved my 90-year old mother out of her house and needed the garage cleared, the carpets cleaned and several items brought up to code to obtain a certificate of occupancy. Mike did a fine job marketing and selling my house. He recommended some changes to improve the marketability and generally assisted in the presentation of the house. He also assisted in clearing up some issues after the sale as well. I was very satisfied with his performance as a realtor.
