Michael Phillips was very personable and upfront and knowledgeable during our first meeting. I was confident he would be the best person to sell our house. Michael and his team were quick to get the house on the market and they were always very accessible. Taking care of every detail. Answering all my questions. Very friendly and very professional. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I highly recommend Michael Phillips.

We've had Michael sell three of our homes. Always willing to go wherever needed. Picks up the phone immediately--rarely a voicemail! Houses put on the market on a Monday and by Wednesday we had offers!! Staff is kind and caring.

Diana was so kind and professional. She was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I to find the perfect home. Mr. Phillips took me through the process of selling my house step by step. He gave me a great deal of information on listings and sales of houses in my area. He explained, in detail, why the list price he recommended was best. He was always ready to answer my questions and address my concerns. When I left messages, he promptly returned my calls. Wael responded to our request to see a condo on an early Saturday morning. Even though it was a holiday weekend. He understood we had very limited time to find a home and return to Florida to pack up and arrange for movers and a closing. He worked with us tirelessly until we found something. He gave us what seemed to be his undivided attention. He is a great realtor and a gentleman.
