Kyle was very helpful during the process of obtaining a loan for the purchase of a new house. He made sure we had all the information needed to make important purchase price and PMI versus LPMI decisions. Kyle and his team were fantastic to work with. Everything was made easy for us through the entire process and he consistently delivered in his promises. I was purchasing a home with a tight deadline, and switched to Kyle after I had already submitted my offer, and Kyle was able to get me approved early, and before the deadline. Even through my daily phone calls to make sure everything was on track, sometimes even after hours. He was there when I was signing with the title company, and continues to help even after my closing with questions I have, months after I have closed on my house.
Kyle was super patient with us as first time homebuyers. He answered every question we had big or small, in person and over the phone, and text. He made the final paperwork process a breeze and even came to our closing for any last minute questions. We would recommend Kyle to any homebuyer, new or experienced.
