I am a first time home buyer and obviously needed guidance in every step of the way. Kyle was a great guide, going over all the details and ensuring I understood it all. He was able to lock me in at the best rate I've heard of in this competitive market! All I had to do was wait for an email, e-sign and he did the rest! Zero thinking on my part! Kyle is good and knowledgable of the lending process. Working with him and his team made it less stressful, they were fast to respond to e-mails and answer our questions. Would highly recommend.

Kyle and his team were absolutely wonderful!! They were very professional, timely, and overall took a lot of the typical stress out of the buying process. we appreciated the weekly update on the status of our loan and if we did have any questions or concerns were very quickly taken care of. Kyle and his team came to me by referral and I would in turn refer them to anyone I know wanting to buy a new home.

The headline says it all. I contacted Kyle about financing for our our home loan & am very happy I did. I had also spoken with a few other lenders but found Kyle to be direct & very accommodating to work with. He was able to lock us in with a competitive rate & the amount due at close was a lot less than first anticipated. I highly recommend working with Kyle on any type of home loans. I know I will be using him in the future!

Kyle was awesome from start to finish. My wife and I were dealing with the stresses of relocating and he made the process so much easier and made us feel like he had our back the entire time. Kyle helped me get into my first home. I had a lot of questions and wanted to know about what benefits I had being prior military and Kyle took the time to walk through all the options I had. We ended up in a new home for less than my rent was and with zero due upfront. I couldn't be happier with all the work Kyle and his team has done. Kyle was great through the whole process of buying my first home. He answered all my questions and helped make the process stress free. He's only a quick phone call away and gets back to you very timely. He and his team were amazing at working to get me the best loan and kept me up to date with weekly emails through the whole loan process.
