Poor Room was very noisy. Could hear everything, everyone walking by - very disturbing to get sleep. Bed was NOT comfortable. They don't allow late check out or bag check. This is the usual for hotels, I had to make alternate arrangements. I WON'T be back. Price point and location.

This hotel is affordable; has big pools that are not crowded but no other amenities or breakfast The atmosphere of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming but at least it was quiet and private. The corridors around the building are poorly lit and undecorated. Our room was dark and far away from the pool. We were told the water was not good to drink??? Very Poor
Hoping to give it another chance. Many issues with the room which were not handled at check out. Still waiting to hear from someone at the property to address our issues. Pools out of order, shower did not drain, tv and coffee maker not functioning etc. If the hotel would have met expectations it would be a great value. Liked the view, location, and friendly staff.
This is a 2 star hotel unlike the 4 stars advertised
Bummed that we were not able to get a king bed due to being filled to capacity. Walls were thin, the pipes rattled. Enclosed closet and drawers would have been nice to have. Location was easy to find, it was good that it was on the outskirts of town.
Cheap and easy, but underwhelming. Atmosphere was dreary. Pool felt cold and didn't have attendents, fresh towels, pool side service, or greenery. Could hear highway. Front desk staff seemed unwelcoming and a little kurt. Asked to have new towels and didn't realize there was a rule/time cut off for asking. Made it feel like a cheap experience. Good for a place to rest your head but not good as an actual hotel experience. Would suggest boutique hotels that pay more attention to the experience/detail. Room was very clean.

Fair Feel the quality of the property could be managed better. Not super clean. Paint chipping and wall scuffs. Shower liner was moldy. The pool view I requested was not what I expected. We were put on the bottom floor looking at the pool through the gates. To us it didn't look like the pictures. We had friends meeting us there and we told them to book a different hotel.
