not a relaxing vacation and try to steal your money the walls are very thin and poorly build. First night music was blasting till almost midnight. I traveled with 2 kids and my 9year old has a severe kidney disease and needs his sleep. after I called at 11.30pm they finally turned it off. when we checked out they blames us for the damage that we didn’t do and charged my card $200 cause they didn’t have a floor stopper and someone opened the bathroom door hard to make a mark from a door knob. complete rip off
I won't be returning. Nearby hotels ver loud. No security. No office staff in morning to help. Pools
I wouldn’t stay there again there was no warm water in the shower. The tv didn’t work, the bed mattress and pillows were of substandard quality the pool area, room size, and location

Won't stay there again. too expensive. door look had to be forced. lobby locked so coffee not available. not much
expensive considering the loss of over a $1000 of valuable equipment. the fact that I had a camera kit with a body and two lenses stolen by staff from a drawer in my room. no room safe and dishonest staff personnel. large room, nice pool area

don’t stay here no water pressure was put in the wrong room type room door dangerously sticky bathroom door didn’t latch refrigerator couldn’t but used because it was rather noisy. the checkin process was smooth
