Very angry I ended up getting bedbugs. Stayed on March 22nd. I believe room 117. This is very unfortunate. I have severe PTSD due to this. It got my arms, neck, chest. Please be aware.

Fair
The hotel is fine, not super comfortable, quiet, or clean. I would note stay here again. The place is clearly a not so nice motel that has been redecorated to photograph well. The costumer service through booking was a pain, I attempted to alter my reservation within the allowed window and in the end it was ignored and I ended up having to pay for multiple nights when I only stayed once. Glad I was only there one night! It was a quick overnight trip but the check-in clerk made things 10 times more difficult then it should have been and it took forever. The walls in our room were not clean, they had some kind of brown substance smeared on the main door and the bathroom walls, bathroom wall also had someone's hair all over it.. Parking was horrible as well. Location of hotel.

Very Poor One mile alway from downtown. It was very clean, and if we needed anything, like more toilet paper or something else, the staff was there 24 hours a day.

Dirty Long black hairs in bathroom and two cockroaches
