Too expensive with poor service. Very noisy, room dark, lack of smart tv, Pool very dirty so impossible to use. Pity Basically I didn’t like anything Well, not much. It’s not really one hotel but a motel. Room with no double bed, very dark cause window look on the main corridor. We had problem for sleeping cause too noisy and the pool very dirty with many woman hair in it. Overrated

Motel trying to be hotel - failing The built in locks on the doors did not work. Maintenance said this was normal. If you are expecting service don't stay here. The reception was totally indifferent and didn't care at all. Every question we had was answered with no. For example asking for a map of Palm Springs. Not even making the effort to point out sights. The pool area was really nice with day beds and two big pools. The lobby was nicely designed.

Stay away from this hotel - overpriced and odd setup for a hotel. Almost every aspect of this hotel. Where to begin, well how about no landline phone, very few electrical outlets (most likely covered by large furniture items - king bed and dresser). Small sink area. No iron and ironing board! Odd clothes hanger with useless wood base. This room should be limited to “one person”, since my wife and I kept running into each other multiple times when using the sink area.
