Never again Lights in parkinglot kept going off. Bug in the bathtub. Noisy neighbors and management wouldnt do anything. Lobby closes at 11pm and no guest service after that only an emergency contact that is useless. Rooms not ready upon checkin time of 4pm. Beds hard as the floor. No iron. No coffee or phone in room. Only 2 towels and one wash cloth given per room. General manager rude and useless. No cable tv only netflix, hulu etc... must use your own accounts. No elevators. The pool and spa was clean and nice. Disappointing Noisy at night and not that nice. We stayed for one night and I wouldn’t recommend staying for longer.

Poor The pools were dirty and there was a big roach in my room

Hotel was rated at 4 stars, did not meet four star expectations in the least. Maybe 2.5 stars. The bathroom had urine on the walls and floor. The room we had was not worth the cost. Arrived at 4pm exactly because we didn't want to get charged $50 for checking in early. Had to go back to the desk and get towels for the pool so that would not get charged an outrageous fine for not returning towels that were not given to us in the first place. The ice machine worked. Staff was courteous. The AC worked. Room was quiet.

Went for an overnight trip due to a work event and had to get a room. It was over 100 degrees and the air conditioning w AC unit did not work properly for cold air and caused the room to be very humid Very clean and rooms very clean.
Fair It was expensive and the tv channel kept freezing couldn’t enjoy just lounging and watching tv The pool area was beautiful.
