this hotel was horrible and unprofessional could not check in early or even at 4pm. they said 4-4:30 now. the staff was so unprofessional. everyone else didn’t have a problem checking in on time. maybe because I booked with Booking.com they would check me in. never had this problem before nothing

Frustrating I asked for a late checkout and was told to call in the morning. When I did, nobody answered. This was really aggravating, which is not how I like to start my day. I wish they would have told me no the night before. Just about everything.

Our resort fee includes complimentary coffee, wifi, free parking, two pools, two jacuzzis, four cabanas, and our snack shop. Needs improvements Room quite dirty, floor incredibly dirty, bathroom dirty with loads of hairs on the white floor. No housekeeping service for our stay, no dirty towel replacement, no lights at night in the hot tub area, feels a bit dangerous. Phone in the room didn’t work, despite flagging it twice, it wasn’t fixed. Whenever we needed anything we had to walk all the way to reception. Reception area very dated, cute rooms. Outdated, uncomfortable, and not particularly clean... At least it's conveniently located! Where to start... First and foremost, rooms with double beds don't have two Queen beds; they may be Full sized but if there is such a thing as a 1.5x twin, that's what I'd call them. Tiny. Our family is not big people... If we were, we would be in trouble. A decent modern hotel/motel with a great Salt water pool. During our stay constructions were talking place next to the pool, making the pool experience unpleasant. Laundry bags are available in the room, but no laundry service is offered. The property offers a great pool area with warm hot tubs and a salt water pool. the rooms were clean and had a modern touch.
