DO NOT STAY HERE! I wrote them my concerns & they didn’t even bother to respond. I had a 10pm red eye & had made plans for the day-like many people I was visiting & wanted to see & enjoy the town. I went to check out & have them hold my luggage only to be told it was against their policy to hold it. I had an Uber picking me up & a PS Historical Society walking tour that was starting in 20 minutes. It ruined my day. I had stayed in order to have the day in Palm Springs. It’s ok but I expected better from the photos I asked two bathrobe since we were two and they did not give it to us. Receptionist was bossy and demanding not so friendly
Disappointing Room was dark. Air didn’t work first night. Keurig unplugged. Had to figure that out. Frame broken on one of beds heated pools were more like a cold plunge. Too expensive for the quality of product. Staff very nice and responsive

Okay over all Bathrooms could use a little more attention. And our neighbors had a " wild night " Walls seemed like a curtain was simply between us. Next time will bring ear plugs. :) Staff , pools, snack bar and location!

Fair The beds. Mine's moved every time I got into it. It was not attached to anything (just a mattress on a moving stand). Also, there was no iron (which I didn't realize). I also didn't realize that the sink was outside of the bathroom. The location was great.
