I went in for the second time to lalaland I've been to north park location and it was great. This location was not great at all customer service severely lacking. Everyone's looks at you wierd. Coffee tasted like only water I requested a Vanilla latte and was very disappointed it states its worlds best however I've had better for the price you pay I would expect more.

The worst service ever. Usually everyone is super friendly there but today 2 people were rolling their eyes and crossing their arms and looked miserable that they were there. And they weren't attentive so they messed up on the drink but didn't even apologize. Thanks for wasting my time this morning.

They removed my comment because my experience was subpar. Upon entering, I did not receive the same welcoming treatment as other patrons, seemingly due to my skin color. Furthermore, my order was not fulfilled and the staff appeared unwilling to assist me. I intend to share my experience with others, particularly within my community, as I find it to be unprofessional and rude. If establishments do not wish to serve black customers, they should explicitly state so, allowing us to take our business elsewhere.

They must have an issue with black people. I came in to pick up a door dash for someone, I wasn't even acknowledge when I walked in, I stood there for 5 minutes until I finally asked about the door dash order. The order wasn't made so I left because the service for my kind clearly isn't welcomed.

Took 20 minutes for a black coffee and a pastry out of the case. Coffee was ok. Pastry was decent. Won't go back. I just want to get in and out. 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous

I don't think La La Land is anything special or critical to write home about... I feel like this coffee shop is more about how it looks instead of the taste if you want cute pictures go for it however, I prefer a good solid coffee. Unfortunately, La La Land is not it.

I'll start with the coffee itself was unique and flavorful but a little thick and ordering seemed fine online. The sad part was when I ordered a large and received a small and stood at the counter waiting on someone to actually approach the register to correct it and maybe order a pastry in store; no one showed for 5 minutes. AND the FLYS in the pastry display were a huge deterrent so I just left!

Tried this place for the first time and ordered the avocado toast. It was too salty for my taste. Also, they don't accept cash, which was inconvenient. The atmosphere was nice but I wouldn't order the toast again. Really disappointed :(

I did not get great vibes from the baristas on a Friday morning. Maybe they weren't having a great day, but it was an extremely odd experience considering there wasn't a huge line behind me and I didn't take much time ordering a single item. I would not recommend getting the matcha here. I'm not sure what kind of matcha they use, but it's certainly not ceremonial grade.
