Unless you have a lot of time and even more patience... I just waited almost a half hour for a $10 latte that is not that good. It doesn't seem like anybody here knows what they're doing... at one point, there were probably 23 order tickets backed up on the counter, six people waiting in line to order and nobody paying attention... I won't be back.

the coffee and food are good but they never open on time, they say they open at 6:30, waited 15 min still not open.

no one greeted me when I walked in. isn't that their whole thing? barista was very nice and explained that the drink I ordered they couldn't technically make. I guess the cashier who took my order didn't know that. weird experience overall. but the drink was good.

Been coming to la la for a while and I'm usually super happy. I don't know if they changed things or have new people but my lavender bloom latte was very watered down, tasted like they just threw the purple food coloring in but no lavender. The Queen avocado toast was the most disappointing, when I've gotten it in the past it's piled high freshly made and worth the money. I was already having a rough morning, so I decided to work remotely from La La Land Kind Cafe & as my first visit ever. 1. I thought the point of lala land was so they could be all cheery & say the cheesy stuff, but the person who helped me seemed like she wanted to gtfo of there AND she got my order wrong when I repeated it. Bought drinks for the family. I passed out the drinks and the kids asked me to what d@$& and f$@& means! They have curse words printed on the cups. This is not a good place to go!!!!!! Who does that?????

So the coffee and the food is great for sure but I came in last week and thought the merch sold in the store was so cute. I asked about sizing in a t shirt and they had zero sizes available but they have all the product out in the store. !? Why would you be promoting product but don't have it in the store? Then I came in today and wanted to buy a hat. They have 3 of each hat sitting on display but they have zero in stock to actually buy and they won't let me buy the one that's sitting right there? i love lala land but this location is just awful. i placed an order for pickup on the app. it was 3 coffees and 3 toasts. one of the lattes was sitting out for 45 minutes while the rest of my order was being made. the wait was unreal, the baristas seemed clueless, and it wasn't even busy enough to where it was understandable. if you're in a rush, don't come to this location. they truly have no regard for the time of other customers.

The worst location. Always out of things and oven always off not working. No classic chia pudding, no cookies and it wasn't just once or twice, I stop by randomly and they are always out of things... So disappointed especially after standing in a line. Will never return.
