Bought drinks for the family. I passed out the drinks and the kids asked me to what d@$& and f$@& means! They have curse words printed on the cups. This is not a good place to go!!!!!! Who does that?????

So the coffee and the food is great for sure but I came in last week and thought the merch sold in the store was so cute. I asked about sizing in a t shirt and they had zero sizes available but they have all the product out in the store. !? Why would you be promoting product but don't have it in the store? Then I came in today and wanted to buy a hat. They have 3 of each hat sitting on display but they have zero in stock to actually buy and they won't let me buy the one that's sitting right there? i love lala land but this location is just awful. i placed an order for pickup on the app. it was 3 coffees and 3 toasts. one of the lattes was sitting out for 45 minutes while the rest of my order was being made. the wait was unreal, the baristas seemed clueless, and it wasn't even busy enough to where it was understandable. if you're in a rush, don't come to this location. they truly have no regard for the time of other customers.

The worst location. Always out of things and oven always off not working. No classic chia pudding, no cookies and it wasn't just once or twice, I stop by randomly and they are always out of things... So disappointed especially after standing in a line. Will never return.

So I've been about 6x now and I'm so disappointed. The last time I came the girl w the orange oval nails wasn't wearing gloves touched her hair and her butt and touched all over my cup rim and cup top then rolled her eyes when I asked for one she hasn't touched. Monkey pox and Covid is going on you would think this place had them wearing glasses and hair nets! Great coffee but not work getting butt juice in my coffee.

This location must be extremely poorly managed, because it is not on brand or on par with any of the other LaLaLand locations. The employees act like they don't want to be there, and customers are definitely an inconvenience! The employees at all of the other locations are so delightful and truly kind. I have been to this location no less than 15 times, every time hoping for a better experience. My order has been wrong multiple times, and they don't seem like they care at all. How can this place go downhill so fast? It is so dirty. The floors are filthy. Most of the tables are dirty. I've seen way too many dead bugs (inside) in one visit. The girl taking my order was nice but everyone seems a bit off like they are not happy to be there. Even though it's a kind cafe. I just don't think I'll be back to this location...unless they really get it together. Not a great experience. It felt like a dirty place in LA.

Went here with my wife. The employees were quite off brand. It's supposed to be a "kind" cafe, but we were treated like a chore and our lattes looked sad. They were messy and tasted like the work of a sloppy barista. Hope it's just that they were having an off day, but if so, they should work on their professionalism. We all hate going to work sometimes, but letting it show so plainly in front of customers is probably a good indicator that a job change might be in order. Not coming back.
