Tried this place for the first time and ordered the avocado toast. It was too salty for my taste. Also, they don't accept cash, which was inconvenient. The atmosphere was nice but I wouldn't order the toast again. Really disappointed :(

I did not get great vibes from the baristas on a Friday morning. Maybe they weren't having a great day, but it was an extremely odd experience considering there wasn't a huge line behind me and I didn't take much time ordering a single item. I would not recommend getting the matcha here. I'm not sure what kind of matcha they use, but it's certainly not ceremonial grade. Want your coffee served by slow and snotty zennials? Then this is your place. I timed it. 11 minutes. They weren't busy. They were chatting with each other and just ignored my order until I stood up and approached the counter. Then one of the women looked at the ticket, said something under her breath and then some other woman made my simple drink in about a minute. Drink was great. Lala land is amazing. I am only giving this location a one star because the owner to the property LORI Just confirmed this property has no cameras. My car was hit and ran at this location. Beware of going to any stores in this shopping center.

Let's start by saying I absolutely love this place and I've had several amazing visits but lately the staff is focused more on chatting and not getting customers their orders in a timely manner. For the second visit in a row I've had to ask if that was my order sitting in the food window for at least 10 minutes. They locked their doors ten minutes before their official closing time. The staff inside ignored us and pretended like we were not there. Rude customer service! Especially in holiday season.

Unless you have a lot of time and even more patience... I just waited almost a half hour for a $10 latte that is not that good. It doesn't seem like anybody here knows what they're doing... at one point, there were probably 23 order tickets backed up on the counter, six people waiting in line to order and nobody paying attention... I won't be back.

the coffee and food are good but they never open on time, they say they open at 6:30, waited 15 min still not open.

no one greeted me when I walked in. isn't that their whole thing? barista was very nice and explained that the drink I ordered they couldn't technically make. I guess the cashier who took my order didn't know that. weird experience overall. but the drink was good.
