How can this place go downhill so fast? It is so dirty. The floors are filthy. Most of the tables are dirty. I've seen way too many dead bugs (inside) in one visit. The girl taking my order was nice but everyone seems a bit off like they are not happy to be there. Even though it's a kind cafe. I just don't think I'll be back to this location...unless they really get it together. Not a great experience. It felt like a dirty place in LA.

Went here with my wife. The employees were quite off brand. It's supposed to be a "kind" cafe, but we were treated like a chore and our lattes looked sad. They were messy and tasted like the work of a sloppy barista. Hope it's just that they were having an off day, but if so, they should work on their professionalism. We all hate going to work sometimes, but letting it show so plainly in front of customers is probably a good indicator that a job change might be in order. Not coming back.

Normally, love the franchise but this location doesn't hit all the positives I've come to expect. The pros: Outside and inside are gorgeous to look at. Outside is the better ambiance. The cons: Dirty. Not much activity or cleaning going on even though there are six people standing around either talking to each other or playing on their phones. The lavender matcha latte had no flavor, just tasted like milk, atmosphere was bland and stale, merch was too expensive, floors were dirty. At least the staff was very nice.

I was super excited to see that La La Land was expanding their locations to outside of Dallas, but I was very disappointed with the whole experience. We waited over an hour to get our drinks and there weren't that many people at the time we went. However, other people who got there before us have been waiting for more than an hour or so and still haven't received their drinks after we waited for that long. Waited an hour to get a coffee, no thanks. Ended up canceling our order and leaving with nothing. Going somewhere else next time.
