Normally, love the franchise but this location doesn't hit all the positives I've come to expect. The pros: Outside and inside are gorgeous to look at. Outside is the better ambiance. The cons: Dirty. Not much activity or cleaning going on even though there are six people standing around either talking to each other or playing on their phones. The lavender matcha latte had no flavor, just tasted like milk, atmosphere was bland and stale, merch was too expensive, floors were dirty. At least the staff was very nice.

I was super excited to see that La La Land was expanding their locations to outside of Dallas, but I was very disappointed with the whole experience. We waited over an hour to get our drinks and there weren't that many people at the time we went. However, other people who got there before us have been waiting for more than an hour or so and still haven't received their drinks after we waited for that long. I ended up cancelling our order and leaving with nothing, which was honestly a waste of time and gas. The other location... read more

Waited an hour to get a coffee, no thanks. Ended up canceling our order and leaving with nothing. Going somewhere else next time.
