Miserable experience. Ordered on the app at 11:00; indicated the pick up time for the drink would be 11:15. My 16 year old daughter ran in to get it will I sat in the car because parking in the area is poor. Ultimately when she was still in the store 30 minutes after the pick up time, I paid to park and went in. At noon (an hour later!) we still didn't have the drink - with no estimate of when we would receive it, and the only explanation offered being "we're busy today..." Unfortunately I will not be back. I first came to try the Keith Lee matcha. It was so good! And the staff was friendly. I've since returned 4x times and it has never been that good (or even the same) again. Today I asked for "extra secret sauce," an ingredient listed on the menu. The girl taking my order said there is no secret sauce, I pointed at where I saw it... and my drink came back just awful. She asked if I wanted it salted, I said yes. It wasn't salted. Dropped by at the request of our daughter. She was alerted on tik tok and had to come lol! So LA LA Land is located @ the MKT. It has a prime location here. She wanted to try the upside down latte my wife wanted a cold brew with secret sauce and I just wanted to try the pecan roll. First off parking can be a challenge and apparently coffee is desired at 230 in the afternoon because of the huge line walking in. The line did not efficiently move. First , I will say the parking is horrific! Seems like this was originally a house that they turned into a cafe . The parking lot can fit about maybe 6-8 cars and if you are parked behind someone , you'll have to be prepared to move it if the person is in front of you is ready to go. The aesthetic of the cafe is nice. There are a few tables in there to enjoy your drink and snacks, but not a place to stay all day. Not very good customer service for it being a kind cafe the cashier was being rude and felt very rushed and was rolling his eyes at other customers and messed up my order after repeating it to him twice definitely will not come back

Had a mobile order for a latte and toast pickup 10am. Arrived and waited over 30 minutes for my latte. Definitely do not trust mobile app on expected time. Everyone working hard but just too busy.

I went today and the girl working seemed to be bother about my kid and my friends kid. She kept rolling her eyes and texting right as we were ordering. Horrible costumer service
