Could have been way better. Went to the location off of Campbell in Richardson. Waited sweeting in the sun while my latte was sitting right there. the attendent started talking to a girl she knew after me and two other people ordered. She then served the two people who ordered after me. I had to go up to the window and call her from the back to hand me my latte that was sitting there the whole time. From the time stamp on the sticker, it had been ready for over ten minutes. Terrible service.

Food/coffee is good, service is fast for how many people go in there. But the ambiance/general restaurant is FILTHY. The couches, floors, overall work space is visibly dirty, and frankly just disgusting. There is hair tacked to the inside tables with visible mold. If you go just sit outside...truly cannot stomach sitting indoors.

Came for a second time to see if I needed to update my review from 2023. This place is overhyped and overpriced in my humble highly caffeinated opinion. I just think LaLaLand Kind Cafe just LaLaLand Kind(a) Sucks. I would compare this place to Starbucks watered down coffee that taste like tea, or caffeinated water. A lot of it is just highly processed drinks with refined sugar "coffee" beverages; but, if you like sugar vs coffee, then yeah, go for it. I stopped here because it's super close to my job and I ordered the lavender latte and a couple pastries. The layout is really cute and pretty but if I order again I'll probably order online because it took a long time for my order to be taken even though I was the only person there

mediocre coffee, expensive, the cashier gave me a nasty look when I gave no tip how do you want me to tip for a 7.80 coffee. The latte didn't even tasted like coffee it was milk with a tiny flavor of coffee. It is only for the aesthetic, do not go and waste your money.

I ordered a coffee from door dash with no ice and I was given half of the drink size I ordered. Pretty upsetting. I called and the store confirmed they will give you the same measurements with light ice orders hence-- half the coffee.

Coffee's alright but you can notice that they don't put too much effort to clean it since you can see a lot of dirty water stains on the floors and dust in the walls making the atmosphere overwhelming. Same with the restrooms :/

So disappointed. There were little issues for us that just took away from enjoying the coffee. The milk and honey latte was very tasty. However the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other to talk and had to sit outside where we weren't dressed for cold weather and the bathrooms were vile (both). Told 2 people they needed to be attended to, went back inside 30 minutes later and they still were bad.

Service is slow, and they got our orders wrong. Ordered an iced latte, a lavender honey matcha latte, and a double espresso. The espresso came out single, and they gave me a regular latte instead of the matcha. This place is where you can go and take pictures in their cute aesthetic cups but taste, price, and service are not worth the hype.
