Do not order online unless you want to wait 42 minutes for a latte. That's how long it took me to get my order this Saturday. I had to ask multiple times. Initially I was told it was being worked on and then oops the system didn't print your order somehow.
How much time does it take to fill a house coffee order? We have been to the La La Land at 600 Shepherd 3-4 times because it is the only coffee place in MKT, and each time we were met with very poor service. We have ordered regular house coffee, espresso drinks, and tea, been there on weekends and weekdays, and the results have been the same - disorganized, inefficient, and missing orders.
