By far the worst customer service and lavender matcha I have ever had from this chain in any state. I gave a specific order, lavendar matcha with an extra pump of vanilla, and almond, light ice. The first red flag was the cashier telling me that it had no vanilla in the drink, just lavender which is untrue. Not knowing the product is a sign of poor customer service. I've visited other La La Land locations around Houston and had good experiences overall, but this location has been disappointing. I ordered a matcha, and every time, it tasted too milky compared to the matchas at other Lala Land locations. I finally asked, politely and respectfully, if they could remake it because there was barely any matcha flavor. For this place to have 4 stars is crazy and has to be just because of the tik tok hype and the aesthetic of the building which I can't lie is beautiful. When you finally get in there's no signs telling you where to pick up online orders. And because the place is packed no one was available to help. Lady at the end handing out drinks is just toooo slow took 30 min to get my order, they mest up my order gave me coffee I asked for matcha, after my order was made after another additional 5 minutes she was chit chatting with another employee, not just me but another 10 other people were waiting for there orders. This might be the dirtiest coffee shop in Houston. The entire place is Instagram ready shades of white...or it was. They never ever clean so it's filthy everywhere. Sofas, filthy. Floor, filthy. Tables, filthy. Restroom, filthy. Imagine what the back looks like

I wanted to like this place, I came in with some friends. The service was ok. I feel everyone here was super nice I loved the avocado toast. It was unique, taste better than what I'd make at home. The service was good as was the vibe. My only problem was that my order was messed up and it took quite a while for things to be done. Aside from that, I'd probably come here again

Walked in @6:00PM 8/29/24, my first time here. The workers were more busy talking to each other and laughing instead of welcoming guest in. I stop literally in front of them wanting to ask a question, instead they were too busy giggling with each other. Manager...fix it . Rest rooms were dirty by the way. I didn't even bother to order something because of the lack of attention. Those workers get paid because of us. No eye contact what's so ever.

My girlfriend ordered a drink online and got the order confirmation that the order was ready. She went in and the owners/workers stated the order never came through on their end. She even showed them the email and bank statement that was charged for the drink. They then said she would have to reorder the drink with no refund. This was unacceptable and don't recommend anyone going to this place.
