There's no communication between the team. I had placed an order on the app & when I got there my order wasn't ready so I patiently waited. When it was ready no one called my name; they called several others before I had to ask. The banana chai did have a ripe banana milk creamy flavor, which tasted somewhat similar to Binggrae's banana milk but seemed less sweet and less thick. I expected a more warm chai-spices flavor with banana undertones but tasted mostly cinnamon and rice banana. The drinks are great. The service is so terrible and it's super slow. I ordered 2 drinks. Just 2 drinks. I placed the order at 4 o'clock. Under the "time to pick up" tab, I selected"ASAP". It said my order is estimated to be ready at 4:25. So I head there. I walk in at 4:32. Should be ready, or at least close to ready, right? WRONG. I waited. For about 30 minutes. Just standing there. The staff was slow and my friend was trying to reclaim her birthday gift. The guy working front did not know what he was doing and instead of asking for help, he tried to do it himself and wasted our time. The matcha wasn't even that good either, but at least it looked nice. The building was pretty and the outside decor was nice to look at and take pictures as well.

They are waaaay nicer here than at the westheimer location. But I don't understand why I came in before five other people and all of their drinks were made before mine and my ticket just sat off to the side until she decided to poor the foam.

Environment is clean and aesthetic but I feel that if you advertise a type of coffee then you should follow through with presentation and taste. We ordered the cookies and cream and the upside down latte and both received a plain latte. Makes me wish we just stuck to our casual coffee place .

They have the best matcha in town and I love coming here but unfortunately the most recent time I waited 20 mins for a drink which made me run late to work. Workers were laughing and chatting away while holding my order and when asked about it she called me a bitch and handed it to me with attitude. Definitely won't be returning after such unkind treatment from a so called kind cafe

The coffee was good. So was the MAAK bread was good but could have had fresh bananas. The ones on my bread had a little too much black and were mushy. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. I understand this location is super busy, but this restroom is beyond "a little dirty".
