You can never go wrong with La La Land Kind Cafe if you want really great service. I went during their soft opening (1/31 and 2/2) and I believe the owner/manager(? not sure what her position is) mentioned they will have grand opening in Mid-February. I absolutely appreciated how she went to every guest to say welcome and thanks. Since they are on their soft opening, all workers are being trained and practicing making drinks; so, be patient with them. Interior is very bright and open! I ordered the World's Best Vanilla Bean latte and it was delicious. This location has a very clean aesthetic but with much less seating than their other locations. I would not expect to come here expecting a seat after their grand opening. Perhaps they aren't done with the furniture in the space. The gal who took my order was SO nice. Treat myself once or twice a week to my favorite coffee but I don't think I can anymore, very long wait times (all the time for me). Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a single drink!

Really really good items, coffee, matcha. Unfortunately my complaint here is that they allow their to go orders to completely take over their in person clientele. The cafe is currently full as I stand her and only one table has their coffee. Meanwhile pick up orders are pumping out like crazy. Insanely disappointing to come to a place that doesn't prioritize in person clients. Waited 20 mins for 1 coffee.

Make sure you have at least 20min to wait for a coffee bc it takes a long time. I came in before work yesterday around 10am and I was almost late for work bc I didn't anticipate it taking that long. The lady taking orders at the register was not very kind or welcoming. She seemed frustrated while taking my order and was not very helpful. The ambiance and decor were fabulous! Always dirty. Always sold out of half the menu. You would think they would focus on improving operations at existing stores rather than expanding and lower quality. They also defraud customers by asking every single person to donate to their "foundation" but when you go to the foundation website their "programs" page is literally broken. If you have given them money to their foundation I would talk to a lawyer.

I love the Addison location and wanted to La La La love this one as well. I wanted it to be my favorite, but definitely disappointed. I was really looking forward to visiting La La Land Kind Cafe in Plano, especially after watching the glowing GMA segment that morning (even though it was filmed at the Southlake location). Unfortunately, my experience at the Plano cafe didn't reflect what I saw on TV. The line was long, which is totally understandable, but not a single person at the register seemed kind. Watch out, you'll be hit with the Gen Z stare. This location doesn't have the same welcoming energy and vibe as others . It also needs a major deep clean, dirty floors, walls and seats. If you order anything other than what's on the menu they'll likely mess up your order. For example, 2 shots of espresso over ice was an impossible task.
