Sooo good. We've tried multiple lattes, coolers and toasts and they were all really good! The line inside is a little crazy. Get ready to wait! Super cute inside! The staff is really nice. Wait: about 15 minutes

La la land is sooo cute. Just moved to the Plano area and wanted to grab some coffee and saw that they just opened this place up. They're doing their soft opening so all drinks are 50% off which js nice (til Sunday) but the prices are a little high without that discount (but what place isn't nowadays). You can never go wrong with La La Land Kind Cafe if you want really great service. I went during their soft opening (1/31 and 2/2) and I believe the owner/manager(? not sure what her position is) mentioned they will have grand opening in Mid-February. I absolutely appreciated how she went to every guest to say welcome and thanks. Since they are on their soft opening, all workers are being trained and practicing making drinks; so, be patient with them. Interior is very bright and open! I ordered the World's Best Vanilla Bean latte and it was delicious. This location has a very clean aesthetic but with much less seating than their other locations. I would not expect to come here expecting a seat after their grand opening. Perhaps they aren't done with the furniture in the space. The gal who took my order was SO nice. Drinks are consistently good and not too sweet. When there is a rush then a wait is to be expected, but 45 min is a bit extreme. The management at the Plano location is extremely lacking and makes a normal rush into a packed store. If there are 5 employees working behind the counter, drinks should be coming out faster than 1 every 3-5 min or longer. Treat myself once or twice a week to my favorite coffee but I don't think I can anymore, very long wait times (all the time for me). Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a single drink!

Really really good items, coffee, matcha. Unfortunately my complaint here is that they allow their to go orders to completely take over their in person clientele. The cafe is currently full as I stand her and only one table has their coffee. Meanwhile pick up orders are pumping out like crazy. Insanely disappointing to come to a place that doesn't prioritize in person clients. Waited 20 mins for 1 coffee.

Make sure you have at least 20min to wait for a coffee bc it takes a long time. I came in before work yesterday around 10am and I was almost late for work bc I didn't anticipate it taking that long. The lady taking orders at the register was not very kind or welcoming. She seemed frustrated while taking my order and was not very helpful. The ambiance and decor were fabulous!
