The matcha here can vary in taste depending on who prepares it, so it can be hit or miss. However, what truly stood out was the poor customer service I experienced despite being a loyal customer who has ordered through their app over 40 times. Hi there, I wanted to share my experience at your Frisco location on Legacy. I've taken my daughter there three times now, and unfortunately, the quality and service seem to be declining with each visit. Visit 1: The line was moderately long, about a 10-minute wait. Overhyped overpriced. I did enjoy coming here, but last few times I have waited over 30 min for a single coffee for it to taste watered down. Not a place to go if you have any schedule.

Pros: The inside is really nice! Not much room to walk around or sit but it had a modern, clean feel. There's also shaded outside seating, and the employees were kind. Cons: They charge almost a dollar for milk alternatives... They also don't accept cash which was really frustrating, especially since I was holding a $20 bill the whole time I ordered and was only told once I tried handing it to her so I had to scramble to find my card. I have gone to this location and order the same coffee everytime. An extra shot and no syrup. Each time my coffee is made with syrup and no extra shot. One morning they had to remake my coffee FOUR different times!!!! Today the girl starred at me as she pumped syrup in my cup, deliberately ignoring the order ticket. This is a coffee shop, which is supposed to be customized to each persons order??? Not sure why it's so hard to read an order ticket and make a coffee correctly??? Will not be going back anymore. La La Land is always a hit or miss for me, especially at this location. I used to frequent the original locations in Dallas and this one just doesn't compare. The workers seem so stressed and busy (which isn't their fault of course), but no customer service at all. The lady taking orders was on her phone under the counter while customers were talking to her. No organization when it comes to handing out orders.
