The quality control is so poor. Sometimes it's great and other times, such as this morning, my latte tasted as though my 20 month old ran a cheap keurig pod through her Melissa and Doug wooden toy coffee maker. It really sucks to pay nearly $6 for a cup of coffee and be met with this product.

I come here maybe once or twice a month, this location specifically. It's just close to my girlfriend's work, and that's the only reason I come to this one. My first two times, I get a drink and a chia seed pudding, and I pay for strawberries. Just how it goes. Service has been okay, nice, and nothing special. Cool. The last two times I have come, it's been not as busy, but the time has still been the same. I feel confident in saying this place will not be here long. Service is SLOW and the cashier is more interested in conversation than pushing people through the line. And also not many places to sit.

this is my third time here and this time my order was wrong but the barista was very kind and fixed it for me! aside from the order mess up, i was very surprised to see another customer brought her large dog in and was letting him jump on the counter where food and drinks were being served. the barista wasn't concerned with how unsanitary this was and didn't ask the customer to stop letting her dog jump on the counter. by the time i got my order, i didn't see it get disinfected or cleaned at all! i think since pets are allo... read more

Decent service ( ok, we can't get names right , what is new ), but for the premium price ( 12 bucks for regular and large latte ) you get very much bad airport quality coffee with a lot of milk and not a lot of taste. And if you can't get that right - welllll. You not really a coffee shop.

Idk why it should take 20 minutes to get a coffee when there's only 2 people in line. Seems like the staff is more concerned chatting with each other than costumer service. Not to mention my coffee was made wrong and tasted really not good. It was super bitter and had no flavor. Very disappointing since the other lalaland locations usually are great

I would give zero. I came for the grand opening the the staff is rude! They weren't passing out bags as promised and playing favorites...they need to be ready staff wise. I will no long be buying coffee from this company.

I was very excited about La La Land coming to Plano! During the soft opening(2/5 & 2/6) I have tried an iced strawberry shortcake matcha, a hot French toast latte, an iced the perfect matcha latte and a hot milk and honey matcha latte. Unfortunately the flavor was not as good as their Dallas locations nor the one in Richardson. I'm not sure it's because of the soft opening that employees are still under training or.. because the price(50% off during soft opening), every drink I have tried was diluted, lacking the flavor.
