Always dirty. Always sold out of half the menu. You would think they would focus on improving operations at existing stores rather than expanding and lower quality. They also defraud customers by asking every single person to donate to their "foundation" but when you go to the foundation website their "programs" page is literally broken. If you have given them money to their foundation I would talk to a lawyer.

The Costumer service at this one was just not good the girl had an attitude the whole time and not just with me with everyone she talk to the drinks are too tho just wish she was a little nicer

I love the Addison location and wanted to La La La love this one as well. I wanted it to be my favorite, but definitely disappointed. I was really looking forward to visiting La La Land Kind Cafe in Plano, especially after watching the glowing GMA segment that morning (even though it was filmed at the Southlake location). Watch out, you'll be hit with the Gen Z stare. This location doesn't have the same welcoming energy and vibe as others . It also needs a major deep clean, dirty floors, walls and seats. If you order anything other than what's on the menu they'll likely mess up your order. For example, 2 shots of espresso over ice was an impossible task.

They responded to my bad review to email them. I emailed them about my terrible experiences and they never emailed me back. They only responded to my review to make themselves look better.

The matcha here can vary in taste depending on who prepares it, so it can be hit or miss. However, what truly stood out was the poor customer service I experienced despite being a loyal customer who has ordered through their app over 40 times. On my most recent visit, I placed an order and waited, only to eventually find out--after asking--that the kitchen had already closed but yet they said it closes at 6:30 p.m. and it was 6:10 p.m. No one informed me beforehand, and I was left waiting for an item that was never going to... read more

Hi there, I wanted to share my experience at your Frisco location on Legacy. I've taken my daughter there three times now, and unfortunately, the quality and service seem to be declining with each visit. Visit 1: The line was moderately long, about a 10-minute wait. The experience was pleasant overall. My daughter liked walking around with her "yellow cup," and the drink was decent--she rated it a 6 out of 10. Visit 2: A 15-minute wait this time. Overhyped overpriced. I did enjoy coming here, but last few times I have waited over 30 min for a single coffee for it to taste watered down. Not a place to go if you have any schedule.

Pros: The inside is really nice! Not much room to walk around or sit but it had a modern, clean feel. There's also shaded outside seating, and the employees were kind. Cons: They charge almost a dollar for milk alternatives... They also don't accept cash which was really frustrating, especially since I was holding a $20 bill the whole time I ordered and was only told once I tried handing it to her so I had to scramble to find my card.
