I have gone to this location and order the same coffee everytime. An extra shot and no syrup. Each time my coffee is made with syrup and no extra shot. One morning they had to remake my coffee FOUR different times!!!! Today the girl starred at me as she pumped syrup in my cup, deliberately ignoring the order ticket. This is a coffee shop, which is supposed to be customized to each persons order??? Not sure why it's so hard to read an order ticket and make a coffee correctly??? Will not be going back anymore. La La Land is always a hit or miss for me, especially at this location. I used to frequent the original locations in Dallas and this one just doesn't compare. The workers seem so stressed and busy (which isn't their fault of course), but no customer service at all. The lady taking orders was on her phone under the counter while customers were talking to her. No organization when it comes to handing out orders. A worker named Emma has always given us a problem. She is gossiping on the floor with coworkers very unprofessional employees. Emma is extremely unprofessional and creates a problem for us when we just want coffee

So disappointed in the service this afternoon. When we walked in immediately saw the trash bin overflowing with trash.... figured it was maybe because they were understaffed but I was surprised no one had taken out the trash. My sister and I like to come have coffee and toast on Saturdays, she drives 35 minutes to have Lala land. I used to love coming here but the past three times I've been here I've noticed flies in the pastry case. I even pointed it to the team but she shrugged it off with oh yeah. Gross . Team plano do better with cleanliness

I used to love their strawberry fields matcha but the past few times I have gone has been horrible. I kept trying to give another chance but it's so nasty now. I don't know what happened but at least the workers are still very friendly.

We have visited several of the other La La Land locations in the DFW area, and this one has the worst service - by far. My boyfriend placed a pickup order on the morning of August 8th. He walked up to the counter upon his arrival, and there were 2 female employees talking to each other directly in front of him. Both completely ignored him and never acknowledged his presence.
