Ordered for the first time since I needed a little afternoon coffee and treat and I absolutely loved my Bisou iced coffee and chocolate croissant. The presentation is super cute and loved the cute bag it was delivered in. Will for sure visit this location soon!
My favorite place the most gorgeous interior & friendliest staff. I recommend the strawberry fields matcha or the matcha de lala, soooo good!!
First time at La La Land and not the best, I was expecting amazing top notch drinks especially for the price but just felt sort of sad and rushed. Drinks only made for a photo instead of the taste. Long line as always, and staff was friendly. This was at the grove so there is outdoor seating since it's very cramped on the inside. So sad, got my usual drink, smores latte and for some reason it was just horrible. Bitter and undrinkable, really disappointed because this is one of my favorite coffee places
If you're in a rush this is not a place for you.. 6 ppl working still fail to keep up.
Always so hit or miss with this place. Ordered avocado toast for delivery & my toppings I paid for were missing and the bread wasn't even toasted LOL literally just a cold uncooked piece of bread. The matcha squared was fine but could've been stronger. Idk if I'll keep supporting this cafe after this so annoying to pay premium prices for items to be consistently unsatisfactory
"Kind cafe" ... right. Workers are very snarky and condescending, which is very off putting. Worker was talking to me like I was stupid when asking questions only to make my drink in the wrong size... I kept asking my self 'is this a medium?' Had to go on TikTok to see the sizes only to find out it wasn't. The drinks are good though. They should just drop the whole 'kind cafe' thing.

No parking and they took soooo long to make our drinks like 40 minutes. Everyone kept getting served before us when we came before them so my boyfriend and I was over it. The drink came out and was not even that good. So we were not sure why they were taking so long. Workers seem stuck up and too good to serve you. There is no parking and it's too crowded. Not a cute vibe.

I've given this place multiple chances only because it's down the street from me, but I think I'm finally done. The service is consistently unwelcoming--it feels like pulling teeth just to be acknowledged. Theres always 4-6 baristas who are avoiding eye contact with me and talking amongst themselves. Every time I leave, I ask myself why I came back. The coffee is watered down, the drinks are overly sweet, and the matcha is practically undrinkable. The toast is soggy.
