their matcha is just not good , i got the matcha squared with oat milk and it tasted so powdery with no matcha flavor. my stomach hurt afterward. literally idk what my expectations were because i saw the barista pour matcha out of a pitcher where you could see the syrup settled at the bottom cacao banana chia seed pudding was okay, like i wish it had more fresh fruit in it for the price. not coming back im so tired

This was my first time visiting, I placed an online order which was not ready until 20 mins after stated time. I left this place with 2 kids meal unknowingly that they only placed one toy in the bag. As soon as I realized, i called, the woman who answered my phone told me I could come back and get the toy and she took down my name. I came back later the same day and I asked the gentleman about the toy. He said that as soon as you leave the premise, nothing can be done and he double checked with his lead. overall we love LALALAND it's one of my family's favorites, the grove location is the best location as far as customer service and the magical experience, but the location on 3rd has terrible customer service it's a bunch of groggy workers who take no time with their appearance but seem to judge other peoples, they are very stingy about the merchandise, obviously when there is a theme people come for the themed cups and bags but the workers are so busy hiding and stealing the merch and stashing it in the back that they scold... read more

I've tried ordering from this location multiple times and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are often incorrect or delayed, and the wait is always much longer than expected. On top of that, the place frequently shuts down for special events, leaving customers standing in long lines for drinks that are mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. Great coffee, food and atmosphere. Friendly service. So sad they use so much plastic. Wasteful and terrible for the environment. Customers tend to leave their cups and trash over the neighborhood.

Hello, this review is based off of service. I drove a little over 30 miles which was 2 hours to come here. When I went, it was busy, which I have no problem with. I went today around 10:15 in the morning. The person at the register wasn't really friendly. I didn't get her name but she is in the video I have attached to this review. Some of the baristas at west 3rd are very rude, I've been coming to this location for quite some time now. one time the owner overheard me and my brother say the matcha is light etc he agreed it was very light and offered to have our drinks remade and the drinks came out better and matcha was greener. He was very kind. The drinks were caca. Most watered down matcha I've had. Also takes ages just to get someone's attention. Save yourself the trip and go to chamberlain instead.
