I loved this place when it first opened. The French music, the clean atmosphere was amazing. Now a year later the chairs and tables are broken, and they blast pop-music to the maximum. I loved the original European classic touch it had with the sidewalk seating. Now it's just obnoxious

Drinks are so good but a bit pricey. The ambiance is beautiful! The service is horrible though--or at least who I interacted with. I was dismissed, had to repeat myself, and the worked rolled their eyes at me when I asked for them to pass me my order because it was a little out of reach. So sad, this was supposed to be a cute lunch break.

I hate to rate so low but the service at this location has decreased drastically. 3 time dealing with this awful service. Many times before it was not this way. Waiting 20-25 for a cup of coffee is diabolical. I had to go up to the counter 3 times looking for my drink. Seems as if the people working here only run drinks to every other table and not all. It was my very first time going here big exceptions & the experience was very weird and uncomfortable. The barista seemed rude/bothered I was waiting to order & she ignored me looked at me once saying nothing until I acknowledged her first. Pretty blunt response but got my order right when I got my drink it was quick they gave me the matcha in a rude manner & it was very water down no flavor as if it was just made with real quick no care all the chunks of matcha was at the bottom not mixed well...I was hoping it was at least... read more

I am sorry to post this updated review, but I would want people to be straight up and honest with me if I were to read their reviews. So here is an update! I have since gone back to La La Land Cafe several times since my very first post about them. Sadly to say every time I ordered, something was wrong with the order. I am dairy & gluten free, and a couple of times my drink had actually milk in it. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never, ever come back again. Stay away if you don't want the employees to humiliate you.
