I really like both the coffee here and bright setting in the store, BUT the service is so ridiculously slow I might not come back. Of course, they might not care because the focus seems to be primarily on the beautiful people taking photos for Instagram. Nevertheless, there is no reason that it should take 17 minutes to deliver a cold brew (and I know of several other people who have similar complaints). First timer here, I enjoyed the people at the counter and music, however once I was waiting for my drink. the chef came to out to hand out an item, asked me what I was waiting for and I said a drink. He commented back, not from me and walked off, and I watched him make a sandwich with his hair out, not even behind his back & call it out, then saying out loud "lala for trump". I wish I knew his off days, so I could come in and never see him, he made the experience sour.

Been here a few times, place got recommended by a good friend. I was always warned about one of the cooks, whos obnoxious and loud, yelling lala for trump and other unnecessary things. Decided to try the new strawberries and matcha (which was amazing 10/10) however, as I was coming in, I hear someone in the back screaming "i feel unsafe with all these knives" and something about civilians (while he's surrounded by his coworkers) disturbing the peace of the store. I have to say i like the avocado toast here , the issue I have is the inconsistency of the portion, half the time when i go the portion is good , the other half like today it was extremely small , for 13 dollars i think they can do better, I hope the management sees this message and improves the portion size !

Placed an order online to have it delivered and they forgot the drink. When I called to ask for a replacement they admitted that they forgot to put the drink in the bag along with the other items I had ordered. Don't order from this location. They offered no real solution only suggested I request a refund through the delivery app. So I had to place another order and pay the service and delivery fees TWICE just to get my coffee.

I came for a second time here today with a friend where we wanted to try out the new Secret Menu (though given its print out menu, it's not exactly secret). Banana crème matcha latte 1.5/5, my friend and I shared this. The banana crème top is nice but not only is the matcha incredibly light in this, to the point where it tastes incredibly minimally of matcha, the banana is a highly sweet artificial banana flavor. I would not recommend this.

La la land kind cafe ? i feel like they pick and choose who to be kind too, they see two non white people (me and my boyfriend) & they didn't even feel up my cup they left it half way filled up, didn't want to bring it up to the employees bc i don't like confrontation. Anyways to top it off, I told the girl how my name is spelled and they just typed whatever find that disrespectful.

In the current climate with many businesses closing down, I would think it would be of upmost importance to train the staff in excellent customer service or employ the crème de la crème to promote La La Land Kind Cafe. I mean Kind is in the title no? I went this morning and was left baffled by the rude service. There were many staff behind the counter and I was left waiting for a good while with not so much as an acknowledgement or a "be right with you".
