I order from here almost daily in the morning and lately theres been lots of issues with the coffee and the breakfast press not tasting good or having no avo or dressing, today i recieved my order and there was no breakfast press, which i paid for. Doordash doesnt want to give me my money back so now im here stuck w no breakfast press and 14 dollars lost. Im writing this review because im expecting have them refund it when i go because im not paying for someone elses mistake and being stuck without breakfast

This place sucks, so unorganized, only made one drink from our ticket and had drinks everywhere, 5 people behind us got their drinks first. Asked them where my drink was they made it so slow and it was all milk. Hot as hell inside very boring decor and merch

I just want to say that there is so much unprofessionalism with the Glendale location. I love the drinks from La La, and been to other locations. First, I noticed that they had employees pretend to be customers in what appears to be major damage control. Nate Herrera is a CURRENT lead there. Ella Sweeney works there, Anna V is a current employee. And they all pretended to be customers. I really wanted to love this place--the location is perfect, and it's super convenient to swing by and grab a coffee. But unfortunately, the customer service here is just... awful. I've given it two tries now, and both times I've left feeling completely disrespected and dismissed. The girls working there don't even greet you. They'd rather talk to each other about what hair they're wearing to an event than acknowledge a paying customer. They look right at you and ignore you. I got the la la latte and its not bad but not great. The service lacks. There are so many other coffee shops with better taste and service. Probably would never come back again. Just a hype and over priced for a tiny cup of iced latte. Cute place and cute cup tho~no parking lot, had to meter park.

I had a 10 dollar gift card that I tried to use on the app. The app wouldn't take my payment so I went to the store to buy my food. When I got there they told me I had zero dollars even though my phone clearly reflected I had 10. They didn't help with my order and told me my best option was to email corporate. I left with 10 bucks gone to waste.

I normally don't do these reviews but Absolutely terrible service, an inconvenience to ask a simple question, and when the next barista called my name, I said my name to confirm that I heard it, and she just stared at me didn't smile didn't say anything just stared at me like I was again an inconvenience to be there. It wasn't even that crazy at the grove yet on a weekday morning... Thankfully, two starts because at least my dirty chai was good! But will definitely not be going back to this location!
