The staff was nice, but my experience today was disappointing. While waiting in line, there were a lot of mosquitos, which made the wait uncomfortable. When I finally got to the front, I found out the kitchen wasn't serving food-- they were only serving drinks and pastries--because of issues. On top of that, the floors inside were very dirty. I understand they're busy and there's heavy foot traffic, but with six staff members (what I counted) behind the counter and no functioning kitchen, the floors and trash bins should be ... read more

They don't accept cash as a form of payment. Strawberry Matcha is mid. You're pretty much paying for the name at this point. Overall it's better than the Starbucks for a "catch LA touristy" vibe but everyone has the "I'm better than you attitude" including the customers. That's the price you pay when you're in Calabasas unfortunately.

The aesthetic and location is super cute, but overall on both visits staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming- so I don't think I'd visit again! First time visit I got a matcha latte oat milk and almond croissant- both were pretty good! Came back for a second time and they were out of matcha so I tried a banana latte, it was okay... no banana flavor at all and the basic coffee we ordered tasted like vinegar (threw it away). Second time here . First time was awesome so went again . Did not meet the expectations. Order mango passion fruit drink again which did not have any passion fruit . Just a sugar drink with ice . No one mentioned they are out of passion fruit . Wanted to order sandwich and kitchen was closed . Bathrooms dirty too .

Skip this place. Rude staff and dishonest service. I paid for a coffee cake, got something that looked like a cupcake and tasted like pumpkin bread. When I pointed it out, the employee (a guy) was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience. Won't be back ever.

Service is terrible here. A girl took my order and when I was paying walked away. I selected a printed receipt and since she wasn't there I saw something printing near the register and grabbed it. 30 minutes later i was still waiting for two drinks. One of my daughters did get her drink and questioned if something was wrong and asked me to look at the receipt. She noticed it was the stickers for the drinks we were missing. Unbelievable. I came for a latte. I asked for a whole milk hot latte they made me an iced latte; i said i ordered hot and she said "we aren't making any hot drinks because we close in thirty minutes." What sense does that make? Why wouldn't they disclose that when i ordered and why would they stop making hot drinks at 6:20 when they close at 7pm. Horrible.
