ordered the lavender matcha and added an extra shot of matcha but it was the opposite of strong, there was a slight lavender taste but other than that it tasted like water. I also got the butterfly matcha which was a bit sweeter which was nice but the flavoring wasn't that enjoyable to me :( they did come with very cute heart straws though which i liked. I did order online so i didn't really experience any bad service :)

I counted 8 people in the back and front total. Everyone in the back was gossiping and so were the people up front. 2 people were on drinks and the place had a line out the door. They stopped to gossip mid drink making with tons of drinks on the counter. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks when there was no one in front of us. One girl was putting pastries in the oven and doing nothing else. My drink ended up being wrong as well which was the worst part of my experience. I buy a latte from a local coffeeshop every day. La La Land recently opened up and I figured I'd give it a go (I went 4 times this last week). I really did enjoy the banana cream top latte, but I will not be returning because some (not all) of their baristas are just mean. I am happy to spend $7 on a latte and happy to add on a tip - truly. Went on a Saturday morning. I drink coffee and my other friend's drink tea. They have tea on the menu, and they had none. The ran out! Weird!!!Plus the guy took my order wrong on my coffee. Love the idea of this place but I will not be going again. It was very disappointing.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this café. I waited 25 minutes for a simple brewed coffee, only to find that the kitchen was closed, almond milk was unavailable, and the staff seemed disengaged and disorganized. This isn't the first time I've had issues here--orders are frequently incorrect despite being simple, and only one kind staff member handing out coffee ever takes the time to apologize. I very much want to like this place but watching 8 employees chat, wander to and fro, and stare around the room while drinks and customers wait, makes it far more frustrating than enjoyable. What makes it worse is that this was my second visit, and I was hoping that the first one had been an anomaly. It wasn't.

Came on a drizzly Friday morning, not a huge crowd. Ordered 3 toasts and a coffee. Had to wait twenty minutes then finally asked where our order was. 99% sure they were sitting in the back. Everything was cold, they forgot the egg I paid extra for. Coffee was weak. Not worth the money or time.
