I was excited to get my drink today, but once again, my order was wrong even after I politely asked them to make sure it was correct. It was so disappointing that I ended up just throwing it away. I've given this place enough chances, and this was the last straw. They've lost me as a customer for good. I wish i can talk to the owner.

We drove all the way to this coffee shop excited. We just watched la la land movie. We were disappointed at the lack of fun at this Cafe. To top it off the people working there were not friendly. When it was our turn to order they kept talking to each other. Then we ordered and they said they only take card. All I had was cash. So we couldn't get our order. We were disappointed. The place has a great atmosphere, but lately, the accuracy of orders has been slipping. Even when placing an order directly with the cashier and repeating it multiple times, mistakes still happen. Not sure what's changed, but something seems off recently. Hoping they can get back to their usual standard! It's the first time or few.

definitely disappointed in todays visit, the girl who took our order was very sweet and took our order correctly. unfortunately the barista with curly hair she gave me the worst customer service when i said they did my order wrong. i had order an iced matcha latte w/ banana cream top and they made it with espresso instead she did not review the ticket correctly as i proceeded to tell them the blonde girl was super nice until the girl with short curly hair came forward with ugly attitude never have i dealt with someone who w... read more

Rethink who you have leading the charge and who you're hiring. It's taken me awhile to write this review but I can't let this go without saying. I visited the Calabasas location at the Commons on 2/14 around 5:45pm. I've been here several times and enjoyed my experience until now. I ordered 1 hot drink and 1 cold brew. The hot matcha came right away. I literally waited 10 mins for a cold brew. I don't know where to start. I accidentally found this place not knowing what it was. I purchased a cappuccino. I was a bit thrown off by the plastic lid and the fact that there were no recycling bins. This was a lot of plastic. The drinking spout was uncomfortably small. It took away from the experience of enjoying the cappuccino. I ended up taking two sips and throwing out the rest. Also, if this place employs foster kids, why not open these in urban areas? Good coffee and usually good food but the service just isn't the best. The chia pudding I received was partially open and had gone bad turning liquidy unfortunately spilling in my car before realizing. They did provide a new one however. Always feels like things are falling through the cracks when I come here because everyone is moving so quickly. I imagine they simply just don't have enough staff. At any location. Got two drinks for my GF and me and we ended up throwing them both away. I got a Matcha latte and it tasted too bitter even after sweetening it was off. GF got a latte and didn't enjoy it as well. Pretty disappointing. Great location in the commons but I wish the drinks were good.
