I was at this coffee shop today when one of the workers suddenly yelled out someone's name so loudly that the entire place went silent. Everyone looked up, startled, it was so abrupt and unnecessary that people were genuinely uncomfortable. It completely disrupted the calm vibe of the café. I understand calling out names for orders, but this was excessive and unprofessional. It felt ridiculous for such a nice setting and honestly left a bad impression.

The girl on the stool this morning had the WORST vibe!. Dismissive, clearly didn't want to be working, I thought the company stood for positivity like the merchandise they sell. The managers are great including the ONE WORKING this morning. But managers should keep an eye open to how employees are treating customers. This girl is killing the welcoming feeling LALA is known for.

left very unhappy and disappointed. The staff is rude. I came for one thing only which was the buy one get one free promo for coffee day and not only was it not working on the app ( how convenient) they didn't want to add the promo in store either. On the app it didn't say it was only an app promo. If you offer promos and they don't work then don't offer them at all. I know I wasn't the only one that went just for that deal. The Most overrated and overhyped place in California! If you have any appreciation for coffee, chances are high that you will not take more than two sips of your "coffee" that you get there. I had to wait 20 minutes for Latte which I threw away within 10 seconds.

This place is overpriced and all of the drinks taste like ass. If you're looking for a good tasting drink you are better off drinking toilet water from the nearest public restroom.
