This review is for the server - Kennzie that served me today. The order was messed up, the whole sizes weren't what I requested and she was showing attitude when I was ordering. The drinks also tasted like water today. Ruined my day

Eye-catching cups and bright yellow colors drew me in, but the matcha missed the mark. I was in the Glendale Americana area for an afternoon run/walk with Lululemon and saw several people holding bright yellow coffee cups. Their marketing with the pop of yellow is a great idea. The color makes me happy and reminds me of sunshine. I thought I would leave with the same feeling, but the drinks were not my cup of tea. My experience at La La Land started off rocky but was luckily redeemed by a few great baristas. I arrived early to beat the line and was helped by a young man named Jonas (I believe). As a first-timer, I asked for a recommendation and was surprised when he responded, "Why don't you just look at the menu and choose what you like?" Went here because I had a gift card. Coffee was good and tasty, and the barista who took my order was very nice. However, wow, I would never spend money here based on the rest of what I saw. Which was, I kid you not, FIVE additional young people behind the register awkwardly standing around and socializing (another review referred to it as chilling and that's apt) while one sometimes got around to making drinks and one sometimes (with this one I really emphasize the 'sometimes') called out the name for the drink. I waited for more than 20 minutes for my order that never came. They lost it and didn't even appologize. Rude, unprofessional and entitled behavior is the worst. There were 3 people in front and still waited 15 minutes just for the order. Please rethink your 'Kind cafe' slogan since you managed to ruin my day.

Tried it for the first time as there is always a long line The line is not because they are good but because they are slowwww. I counted 8 workers, they are just chilling and talking no one is working. I waited 15 minutes in line to order when there there only 2 people ahead of me to order. And Yes I didn't tip because I value my time and this high schoolers have 0 sense of time. I tried this place because whenever I walk by there's a huge line so wanted to see what the fuss was. We got a chai latte (they had 3 variations so we got the regular one). It came with some sweet foam on top. It was the sweetest chai I've ever had. Could only get a few sips down. I don't think they have a reduced sugar option as with boba places.

Unbelievable attitude! I ordered a regular house coffee here , after 20 min of waiting I approached them and asked where is my coffee and they said we don't sell house coffee after 3pm!!! Are you serious? Then why u took the order and charge costumers for items u don't have?!!!! The lady gave me the nastiest attitude and said I'll give u Americano with same price!
