Really disappointing experience at Glendale location La La Land Kind Cafe. I showed up at 8:55 PM--a full five minutes before closing--just to grab a coffee. Instead, I was stopped at the door by a worker who told me I couldn't come in because they were closing. If your hours say 9 PM, then you should honor that. It's not just unprofessional--it's disrespectful to your customers. What's even more ironic is the name: "Kind Cafe." Where exactly was the kindness? They have the worst customer service they straight ignore you They are rude. I still gave them a great tip. We waited for our drinks for 15 minutes and there was no line to begin with girl with orange hair & glasses Took our order straight.
