I drove 45mins to get to this location and arrived 15 mins prior to the closing time and just to be told they were closed already! Please update your hours of operation this was very frustrating.

Was at the Americana, and realized I had not been here yet, so decided to do in and try it out. There was a long line but it went fast enough. Staff was very friendly and that goes a long way. Tried the Strawberry cooler and Matcha squared latte. The strawberry cooler has this processed strawberry flavor, which just wasn't that great, in my opinion, and then the tea after taste comes through. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. The floor was dirty,the pastries are hard,the ordering system was unorganized, and management seemed absent. The menu items are posted in such an awkward spot that it's hard to see them--if you're not already familiar with the place, you end up scrambling to decide while people behind you hover impatiently. I just want to say that there is so much unprofessionalism with this location. I love the drinks from La La, and been to other locations. First, I noticed that they had employees pretend to be customers in what appears to be major damage control. Nate Herrera is a CURRENT lead there. Ella Sweeney works there, Anna V is a current employee. And they all pretended to be customers. I normally do not leave reviews and while the coffee and aesthetic are good, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On the multiple occasions that I have been here, there was either not a cashier at the register or the cashier was off talking to other workers behind the counter. Ordered on UberEats today, and received something completely different than usual. I've never seen this cup size before, it's not the regular size they always do for iced vanilla latte. They keep messing up our orders!! The cup doesn't even have a logo like usual.

Third time already I come to this location, order large size drinks, they give me small. Today when I got two large lattes they've made them small, refused to remake it and when I cancelled the order they haven't returned money back. Will not return. Other places in Glendale have much better service.
