OVERHYPED!! Taste worse than starbucks matcha realistically speaking we waited an hour and 40 minutes for a matcha which i understand it was packed but all that line and mind u they dont take Cash another annoying part of it. The ambiance was fine nothing abnormal js ur typical cafe. The cashier was very quiet didnt speak much or helped with recommendations or anything. 9$ matcha not worth it at all the food looked okay but the matchas were too overhyped just overalll not great nor will be returning.

Would recommend buying only drinks from here. The food isn't good. Plus overall vibe is very mean girl.
WORST AVOCADO TOAST OF MY LIFE !! mushed it to the point of basically mashed potatoes and then i bite into it and it's brownnnn like what ? also they just drenched it in chili seasoning ?? idk would NOT recommend to even my worst enemy ... i mean at least my refresher was refreshing and can't lie the matcha was good but i would NOT recommend getting food from here especially the toast until they learn how to actually mash avocados like maybe watch a youtube video or something

Was soooo excited to try this on the mickey mouse day only to find out they sold out of cups really fast so I said let's get the kids meal we got the strawberry banana toast and when I received it we got a small stale bread it was hard to bite on this piece of bread so lucky for a first time waiting 1 hour to order and pick up it's crazy. Service was amazing and last but not least my drinks needed more flavoring.

I hadn't been to La La Land Kind Café at the Americana in a while and decided to stop by. The line was a little long but nothing crazy. While waiting, I noticed one of the employees in the back combing her hair with it down, which didn't feel very sanitary. Then as I was ordering, she came over to show the cashier a TikTok, and I literally had to wait for them to finish watching it before completing my order. Super unprofessional. THE WORST. we came here excited to participate in the Mickey x Lalaland and let me tell you. LALALAND JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY. We ordered the mini meal with egg avocado toast and they failed to tell us that 1. The ran out of toys, and 2. Ran out of eggs for the avocado?! And price remained the same. The worst part is. We were only 10th IN LINE. we came at 5:45 for a complete waste. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been here a couple of times so when my sister told me about the Mickey Collab. I was excited! When we got to the cashier, she informed me the toys weren't available and if I wanted the tote bag I had to get the kid's combo. Which I did! My sister ordered after and she was told both items weren't available. No worries, she can have mine. I was given just a box, I explained to the staff what the cashier told me. The staff is horrible The lack of customer service they need to be retrained had a horrible experience with them will not recommend this to no one. One of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me horrible!!!

As a first time mom I don't want to make it anyone's problem, however today I was disappointed with the customer service. This launch I am sure is overwhelming and demanding. Therefore it's hard to work at satisfying an over flux of customers. I was so excited to share this experience with my son, it's a drink, food item, toy, bag, the whole Mickey and Friends experience.
