Amazing! I'm so happy this spot finally opened up in Westlake where we live! We used to always go to Calabasas location. Finally it made it here. Love all of their coffee. Amazing flavours. Yay!!

The La La Matcha Latte is my go to and it never disappoints! So yummy and perfectly sweet. I love my matcha drinks on the sweeter side so they do it wonderfully here. As a new location, this has become my favorite La La Land being that the service is quick and they remain fully staffed. Other locations are slow serviced and not enough staff so hopefully this one keeps that up! The inside has more seating than other locations as well which is so nice and the vibes are good both inside and out. Definitely worth stopping by!

This place is so darling such a lovely concept and food and drinks are good. The only bummer is the manager really needs to teach the employees how to focus on general cleanliness of the store. This was my second time to make a visit and it was the same both times. There was no soap or paper towels in the bathroom and 75% of the tables were filthy, and the floor was filled with trash both in the bathroom and main restaurant and the garbage cans were overflowing. Overrated. Much better off just going to a local coffee shop or Starbucks. Cookie latte tasted like milk and black coffee. No taste at all

I got a small peppermint latte with almond milk and it was truly fowl. Didn't taste like peppermint at all or even mocha it was such a disappointment.

Great vibe but the drinks are terrible! Everything I order tastes like dirty water. Hardly any flavor. If I order something hot it comes luke warm. If I order a pup cup, it never shows up. I always have to go to the counter and ask for it and then I get a dirty look. Makenna Koffee Company across the street is much better and all the employees are happy and friendly.

How is it that no matter how far ahead I order/wait my drink is always 30+ minutes late or stolen? Really is such a shame because the place is cute and the coffee is nice. Don't even get me started on how rude the workers at this location are too.

HORRIBLE customer service!! Workers are incredibly rude. I had an issue with my drink and didn't like it, when I tried to ask for a different drink or for it to be remade the barista put her hand out and said give me the ticket and then took it and started making drinks. Then I asked if I could have a different drink and she said well I remade it, so here. She did not communicate what she was doing and was exceptionally rude about it. I don't know what questions they ask in the interview because A FEW of these employees are definitely something. They forgot to add that cream top that my mom paid for, she went back and asked for it, instead of an, "i'm sorry" or an apology from the employee, she told her next time you have to pay for it!
