Service here was horrible. I ordered a drink and I waited 30 minutes and turns out they forgot to make drink. Not even a sorry or nothing.

Sorry but I had a cappuccino that was very bitter. Also tried a green iced tea that was beyond bitter. I think these KIDS may need a little more training?

Got a cappuccino here for my Mom which she liked but the place was so dirty we didn't want to sit down anywhere. When you walk in there is a big crowd waiting for their order so you have to make your way through that before you can order.

The problem I mentioned is still ongoing and the store had done nothing to fix. There remain two kiosks with one of them being totally out of order. They're keeping it closed to probably reduce overhead and make the line appear longer.

Lala land UNkind cafe should be their new motto as that's what their staff is. Rude af, completely lack customer service. Emailed feedback and their response was as general as the copy & paste responses throughout their reviews. The bathroom is filthy and off putting, gas station restrooms are cleaner.

I have tried multiple times contacting the store. I was given rotten milk and I have been non stop vomiting. Im extremely disappointed as this cafe promotes kindness but I was met with the opposite.

I should've known better lol I came in for the first time today... I tried the banana foam iced latte and the upside down matcha. Both disgusting. The matcha was with the suggested milk and the latte with 2%. This place is definitely for people who want to be seen holding their name brand cup. No thanks

Payed $6 for a chocolates croissant. It was at the end of the day and maybe, that's why, the pastry was stale and hardly any chocolate in it. I called to complain and a message said,"we can't answer the phone". Very disappointing.

Cute place. However, the avocado toasts aren't made fully with avocados! They are a mix of avocado and peas, yes, peas. That's why there's no avocado taste to it and it's so bland. The matcha latte barely had any matcha flavor to it. Service was great but food and drinks were not.
