This is a great experience if I was looking for the following; -No interaction with a single human being who smiled -A girl at the handoff who only faces the bar and talks with her friends -My food to sit at the handoff with no thought or concern from the person there -A nice looking cafe with no soul! If those were my criteria then this place blew my socks off!

I really love the drinks here. They're absolutely delicious. The store is super cute on the inside. Most of the employees are nice except for a few. BUT, this store has one major problem. CONSISTENCY. My drink comes out different each time I order. Lately, the baristas either put very few thick drops of the classic cloud or none. Which is really really frustrating. Let's start with food. I've never been in there when there were more than a few pastries. The display case is usually empty. The service is not much better. They are well under staff. Service is very slow. The shelves are empty also. They could make that place look beautiful. I don't know why they don't y it can be very cute if they put some effort into it. For being in Westlake Village it should be a step or to better. It's a real shame.

Service was horrible. All the employees were talking and hanging out during a massive rush. I don't mind waiting if it's busy but I didn't just pay almost $10 for a half ass made drink after you talked for ten minutes. Not to mention the kids working here follow no uniform/dress code most of them look like they just woke up. My drink was watered down and left on the counter waiting for the cloud topping for 5 minutes. When they finally put the topping on it took 10 seconds to do. Just waited 20 minutes for a simple avocado toast (that I ordered because I'm short on time and figured that was an easy one) while I watched three people who ordered after me get theirs first. I won't even include the 20 people who got their drinks before my toast was done. The barista's are doing a great job, but the food prep... this is the second time something like this has happened here.

This coffee shop is filthy and there were flies flying around everywhere. The trash isn't emptied and the floor looks like it has never been cleaned. Would not come back just based off cleanliness of the front not sure what the back would look like. Drinks were just ok, they were out of the tea to make the tea drinks ...

This was my second time getting food from here. My co-worker & I got food to-go before work in the morning. Almost done with the avocado toast & unfortunately there was a staple on the bread. Not sure where that came from but it was unfortunate & negligent. Not sure where it went wrong.

The girls working the drinks today were brutal. Came in with 0 line and took 20 minutes to get my iced latte. They were talking about their nails and getting fake acrylics the entire time instead of making drinks. This place has a lot of potential but with this service I will not be coming back.

Was looking forward to trying this viral coffee shop. The floor was really dirty, trash was overflowing and the countertops were filthy. The attempted aesthetic was not met... When I ordered my iced strawberry matcha, I asked the cashier if the drink was sweet. If you drink matcha you know some are bitter and some are already added with sweetener.
