employees are a little aloof and bitchy. overall environment very stuck up. they still make a mean matcha latte though! :)
I went today and I ordered one large Matcha and a small coffee.. they got my order wrong and then attempted to fix it and still got it wrong after the attempted fix.. They were rude and there was so many people. It really wasn't worth a price and I'm mad that I paid extra for a large and walked out with a small... not only did they get my order wrong. Waited an hour for avocado toast, saw workers chatting in back , my first experience , now all my food is cold, they said it will come out and then they said they think someone stole our order. Definitely not worth it . Also avocado toast is barely even toasted this took an hour !

When visiting the grove, i was looking for some coffee and I came across this place. This cafe is located in the middle and it is very aesthetic inside. They have a couch, lots of room as well. I ordered their popular la la latte and a refresher. I did not really like the taste of the latte, it did not have much flavor and it tasted watered down. I did like the refresher as it was nice and sweet.

Service is terrible, but the drinks are good. Waited about 20 minutes for an avocado toast in a fairly empty store. Employees were chatting amongst themselves, which is fine... but they had no sense of urgency on getting orders out.

My original review of this place hasn't changed. Their coffee is still mediocre and they still have one perfectly good kiosk closed and out of order. They are doing this to make the line appear longer and does save cost. Super stupid idea.

Cute vibe cute atmosphere HOWEVER, place feels dirty -- the floors are always dirty and sticky and the countertops where you order are filled with crumbs. Cute place thought just wish it was cleaner...
was at your Westlake location this past Saturday and had an experience unlike any other. There was a big spill down the entire aisle where customers line up to order. The staff was aware and kept saying someone would come clean it. After 15 minutes we saw a staff member come with two cloths and wipe with her feet as she said this is how they "mop" the floors every night.
