Don't usually write reviews, but my experience at La La Land Kind Cafe was one that made me want to leave one. The person at the register, Jackson and the manager were very helpful in guiding me with my first experience there. They were very sweet and knowledgeable and I love a good conversation about coffee. The espresso could use a bit of help, maybe a bit more smooth, but that could just be the beans. I finally tried La La Land and was beyond thrilled. Everything on the menu looked awesome and I couldn't decide. I asked the server (I believe her name is Jewels) for something vegan. She steered me in the right direction! Mouthwatering food and drinks plus fabulous service. You can't go wrong here!
It's a nice new cafe, that fits in with the plaza. All the staff were friendly, and husting and bustling during the lunch rush. Brandon helped me and my coworker at the register. He was cool and friendly!
The aesthetics of this place is nice. It's definitely very crowded and it really makes you feel... basic. The coffee was pretty mid. At least there are tables to do work at and free wifi? Worth checking out, probably not a second time though.
I really really like this place. the place itself is so cute and the food is great but the workers make it the best experience i could ask for. this one girl Bea is especially nice. she's taken my order at the register multiple times and she's always so sweet and patient even when it's crowded. overall just love going there and highly recommend
Walked in an the environment was amazing. As soon as I walked up to the cashier, I was met with a warm smile by a lovely worker named Rachel. She led me through the menu and the most popular drinks, as well as personal recommendations. When my drink was ready, instead of just screaming my name and throwing my drink on the counter, I was handed my drink and told to have a nice day. Will be coming back because of the amazing hospitality from Rachel and the rest of the crew.
service was great, all the workers are very kind and helpful. The worker Rachel was very helpful at explaining the whole menu and gave me a recommendation for the upside down latte which is now my order 5/5.
Such a welcoming and ambient atmosphere!! Everyone on the team was extremely friendly and helpful especially Rachel Koteen. The help she provided made me want to come back!! This is definitely a must try :)
I come here all the time and the service is always amazing but Sophie helped me out today and she was the best. She was so sweet and helpful and really brightened my day. I absolutely love coming here and will continue to come back.
