i like lala land, it's cute and aesthetic, my drinks and snacks are always yummy, service it well... but please turn down the music! it is so loud, im yelling at my friend to talk to her and then the song switches and its a short pause before the other one starts and its so awkward. thank you god bless
This cafe is located in the Westlake Village Promenade! The cafe is always busy when I've visited! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Also the service is super fast! The cafe is bright and welcoming. They sell merch in case you wanted to sport around a new hat or grab a cup to take home. I ordered the La La Latte. Super busy this Friday afternoon but they got me in and out since I wasn't ordering food. I got a regular strawberry field matcha latte with coconut milk and it was fire. This is the best place to get this particular drink because cafes easily mess up on the ratio of strawberry to matcha. They did not disappoint and the price was reasonable ($7.55). First off the vibe and energy they are putting out there is out of this world. With a focus on spreading kindness and being good human beings I can get down on that! La La Land in Westlake Village is one of my favorite spots! The vibe is always so positive and welcoming! Their matcha? Hands down one of the best around. I'm picky with my matcha, and theirs never disappoints. However, the consistency is where this location falls short. I visit frequently, and they often run out of essential items like straws or oatmilk. It's frustrating, especially since they're always busy, and you'd think they'd stock up accordingly. I think it's a nice place, the ambiance is a fun work/hangout spot, staff are energetic, the aesthetic is cute. The drinks are mediocre. I haven't really tried something that catches my fancy. The s'mores was really sweet, but not in a way I enjoyed. Kindness really is served here. Not local so we drove to see what the hype was all about. If you sign up on their app, your first drink is 50% off! We went in store to find out you have to order through the app for the deal. I asked if they could cancel my order so I could order online since we don't live near the area. I love this place!!! The drinks are amazing, the inside is adorable, and all of the employees are very friendly (very rare for a coffee shop These days)!!!
