I finally tried La La Land and was beyond thrilled. Everything on the menu looked awesome and I couldn't decide. I asked the server (I believe her name is Jewels) for something vegan. She steered me in the right direction! Mouthwatering food and drinks plus fabulous service. You can't go wrong here!
The aesthetics of this place is nice. It's definitely very crowded and it really makes you feel... basic. The coffee was pretty mid. At least there are tables to do work at and free wifi? Worth checking out, probably not a second time though.

Walked in an the environment was amazing. As soon as I walked up to the cashier, I was met with a warm smile by a lovely worker named Rachel. She led me through the menu and the most popular drinks, as well as personal recommendations. When my drink was ready, instead of just screaming my name and throwing my drink on the counter, I was handed my drink and told to have a nice day. Will be coming back because of the amazing hospitality from Rachel and the rest of the crew.

Such a welcoming and ambient atmosphere!! Everyone on the team was extremely friendly and helpful especially Rachel Koteen. The help she provided made me want to come back!! This is definitely a must try :)
I come here all the time and the service is always amazing but Sophie helped me out today and she was the best. She was so sweet and helpful and really brightened my day. I absolutely love coming here and will continue to come back.

Exceeded my expectations! Cute decor (down to the cups), great drinks, good service! After reading some of the initial reviews, I was a bit hesitant to try this new cafe in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village area. After trying a few drinks, I'm glad that I gave this place a chance! Parking is easy, since it's located at the Promenade, but you may need to park a little further during the busy hours. The inside of the cafe is bright and cozy. Charging my car in Westlake Village I tried LalaLand for breakfast this morning. This place is a coffee house and has some light fare as well. I had a very split experience. The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant and guided me through the menu, which was predominantly different forms of toast as well as some baked goods. With two of the staff in front handling coffee and register, there was only one person making the toast in the back.
