Came in today and ordered a matcha and a pastry. The young woman ringing us up told us the order would be free. I was so confused I asked why. She said, "no reason. La La Kindness!" But I realized she'd noticed that my teenager had been crying. She saw another human being having a hard moment and she went out of her way to offer a kindness. This was my first time at a La La Land cafe and I was so excited! I never stumble upon one since none of them are in proximity to me. I ordered a matcha French toast latte (maple, cinnamon, whole milk, matcha | $6.70) and it was yummy! Except the only thing was that it didn't exactly taste like French toast in my opinion lol. This location is my favorite out of all of the ones in LA. The staff here are so sweet and attentive, and the drinks + food are always consistent.

Stopped by today with my daughter and her friend. After waited for about 25 minutes, I asked my daughter to check on our orders. The lady told my daughter that their printer was broken and somehow our orders didn't get to print out. Good thing I asked and they quickly made our orders. My daughter and her friend loved their drinks, but I thought my lavender latte was just okay. Nothing special. The atmosphere was pretty cute though. Not in a rush to return.

Really love the drinks and toast just the fact they don't take cash is frustrating. Overall the whole aesthetic of it is nice and so is the service, just wish there was more seating.

La La Land Kind Cafe is such a vibe! So happy we have this location is Westlake village. The aesthetic and decor here is A+. It's so cutesy and girly. The perfect spot to grab a toast/pastry and one of their fun seasonal drinks. This location is stunning inside. Bright whites and little accents of yellow. Came with my gf for valentines weekend. The store is very clean. It was busy but didnt wait long to order. Not a fan of coffee but the manager, Natalie, was there and gave me good recommendations. I had a banana cream latte that was pretty good. I definitely would come back
