If the outside area was tidied up a bit more and the outside seat cushions cleaned the cafe be even more welcoming.

First off the vibe and energy they are putting out there is out of this world. With a focus on spreading kindness and being good human beings I can get down on that! The aesthetic of the space is wonderful very modern and bright. It's a hub that people gather because there was not an open spot inside. La La Land in Westlake Village is one of my favorite spots! The vibe is always so positive and welcoming! Their matcha? Hands down one of the best around. I'm picky with my matcha, and theirs never disappoints. However, the consistency is where this location falls short. I visit frequently, and they often run out of essential items like straws or oatmilk. It's frustrating, especially since they're always busy, and you'd think they'd stock up accordingly. I think it's a nice place, the ambiance is a fun work/hangout spot, staff are energetic, the aesthetic is cute. The drinks are mediocre. I haven't really tried something that catches my fancy. The s'mores was really sweet, but not in a way I enjoyed. I could just taste the graininess of the Graham and then got smothered in marshmallow before the thin coffee pushed through like a flood leaving nothing but a desolate wasteland of thick mush at the bottom. Kindness really is served here. Not local so we drove to see what the hype was all about. If you sign up on their app, your first drink is 50% off! We went in store to find out you have to order through the app for the deal. I asked if they could cancel my order so I could order online since we don't live near the area. Cute and vibey spot for a weekend coffee and treats! I love the seasonal options and drinks. Got the pumpkin spice matcha latte and it was great! Perfect balance of pumpkin and matcha flavors. The drinks were a little bit on the pricey side, but were super tasty. I also got a chocolate chip cookie croissant because I'd been seeing them all over social media. Great coffee, friendly staff. Always busy and longer wait times tend to happen but they do their best! I usually order through the app and it makes it easy for pick up.
