This property charge me $75 after I checked out. After I called to clarify why the charge was made they claimed that there was smoking in the room and I can guarantee you my partner and I do not smoke and especially wouldn't have any smoke in our room. After calling me and telling them there must be some sort of mistake the lady got really argumentative with me and put me through to a voicemail instead of letting me speak to someone immediately. I feel very jipped they basically stole $75 from me.

When we got to our room, we literally walked in and five seconds the carbon monoxide detector kept beeping. We called down to the front desk, three times, and when we told the attendant that it kept going off, the first thing that came out of her mouth was “we don’t have anymore rooms” not “I’ll send someone up” not “I have a new battery, would you be willing to come get it due to being understaffed” then when we told her we just wanted a new battery and we’d do it ourselves, she didn’t know what battery would work. The hotel was not clean at all the AC was broken couldn’t sleep all night there were holes in the wall and hair in the shower with used towels still there. Open soap and rusty razors on the bathroom sink. Old stains of a drink on the bedside table. Felt extremely unsafe all night.

We have stayed here many times but this time was awful. The room was filthy, the property was filthy, the pool was closed, couldn’t have extra blankets and it’s in desperate need of repair.

Only had a microwave, couldn’t switch the channel to any TVs, no pool , staff was alright maybe a lil grumpy at the front desk

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was very dirty. The carepting thrlughout the hallways was badly stained. Ice machine did not work properly. The blanket on our bed had stains on it, obviously not clean.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Booked 2 king room and sofa beds were full of glass from frame and the other room was literally full of dirt or food crumbs. Nasty

This property appears to be recently updated/renovated but the facilities are filthy! The rooms are not clean! The couches and bed have stains all over them. The walls and base boards have hardly seen a clean rag. Hallways and doors are just dirty. Pretty disappointed in how this place has been taken care of. A few extra minutes of cleaning in each room and this hotel would have had a much better rating.
