The rooms were spacious and everything pictured on expedia seemed accurate. However, the company really need to evaluate the status of some of their furniture. The arm chair and couch are so disgusting, stained, and smelling. When we walked in the room, it had a very bad smell and immediately we had to open the windows. I think the cleaning staff does a fine job cleaning - that's not the problem.. I think the fabric on their chairs is beyond salvaging at this point. It needs to be replaced. This hotel was not good at all. For one the towels provided were stained with what looked like blood. The bathroom walls had hair on them. There were holes in the wall. The shower curtain had a hole in it. There was mold on our window curation and the ceiling. The pool was filthy dirty and the gets in the pool weren’t even circulating the water, the hot tub had tiles missing and black stuff floating on top of the water. Probably on of the roughest hotels we have ever stayed at. Room was filthy. Area around the hotels is seedy. Staff at the front desk was great!! We confused this with the La Quinta that is just south East of here and is a beautiful property.

The person who checked me in answered what appeared to be her personal cell phone during the process. The pool was fantastic, but the shoddy maintenance was obvious everywhere. There was an administrative person in the office behind the check in station on Sunday morning whom appeared to be having a family gathering. Family is great, but when you are at your place of business appearing to have a personal gathering it seems unprofessional. There were attempts at repairs in the room; however functional appeared half completed.

Room in disrepair, smoke sector pulled away from wall, toilet would not fill with water unless your took back tank lid off and a giggled inner parts. Stucco around bathroom had holes and poor patches areas in wall

Room, hallways and pool area were extremely filthy. All the furniture in the room was stained, along with the carpets.
