We have stayed here many times but this time was awful. The room was filthy, the property was filthy, the pool was closed, couldn’t have extra blankets and it’s in desperate need of repair.

Only had a microwave, couldn’t switch the channel to any TVs, no pool , staff was alright maybe a lil grumpy at the front desk

The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was very dirty. The carepting thrlughout the hallways was badly stained. Ice machine did not work properly. The blanket on our bed had stains on it, obviously not clean.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Booked 2 king room and sofa beds were full of glass from frame and the other room was literally full of dirt or food crumbs. Nasty

This property appears to be recently updated/renovated but the facilities are filthy! The rooms are not clean! The couches and bed have stains all over them. The walls and base boards have hardly seen a clean rag. Hallways and doors are just dirty. Pretty disappointed in how this place has been taken care of. A few extra minutes of cleaning in each room and this hotel would have had a much better rating.

The first room had no working heat/ air conditioning. Moved rooms only to be in a dirty room (walls filthy and crumbs on carpet) and leaking toilet. Cops called to property multiple times. Staff not wearing masks. Only good thing about this hotel was the evening front desk worker. She is a problem solver and so sweet.

I like that pets stay for free. I did not like the room being dirty and heater not working in the room. It looked as if not cleaned in days.
