Homeless problem. Hotel is not secure. Staff wasn’t at desk for 30 min while waiting to check in.
There was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway the first night we arrived. By day three, we were tired of being bothered by the homeless meth heads who occupy the area. Day six a man put his girlfriend’s head through the glass door at the entrance. Day eight someone set a fire in the laundry room and we were forced to leave at 3AM for three hours. Day nine we left. We were supposed to be there 45 days. Should have left sooner. A terrible place.
We checked in. Lobby looked great. Music was calming. Josh at the desk was nice and helpful. Got to our room (which was a maze) beds were not made correctly. One bed was missing a fitted sheet and one bed was missing a comforter. They were both spotted. We called desk and asked for new bedding. They sent someone up right away. He was not dressed like hotel staff and talked about his life drama. Replacement Comforter looked like it had a urine stain. Asked housekeeping for a new one again. She was short and annoyed. While bla... read more
The first room they tried to give us was already occupied and the second room was no cleaned. The hot tub did not work and had hair floating in it. The elevator had trash on the floor. In the room there was stains on the living room furniture, ripped carpet, towel rack broken, and a broken trash can.
Great location if attending a concert at Fiddlers Green - could walk between the two despite being on a major road. Room was spacious and quiet but decor was tired and furniture/sheets were stained. Serious incident occurred in adjacent room while staying which resulted in me having to call 911 - there was no welfare check from the hotel staff at all.
Looks like it’s been remodeled some sitting area by the front desk looks nice however there was no tissue paper or toilet paper in our room when we asked for some she didn’t know where the keys were to open supply room. Had to go buy toilet paper from target! Never had that happen before…!
I have stayed at this property many times and it’s NEVER looked like this before. I don’t know if it was because of Covid and they didn’t have any help but it was totally unacceptable. The place was filthy! My room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the toilet seat look like it had been roughed up, the hairdryer handle was absolutely filthy and grimy, The hallways in the entire place needed vacuumed badly, and the continental breakfast area was so bad we went out to breakfast. It looked like it had never been cleaned on t... read more
Unknown fluids on walls and pictures in room, no toilet paper or towels upon check in, room overall was just kinda dirty, the nightstand and headboard had burn marks and the Bible’s back cover was stuck to the drawer at one point because there was a big piece still attached to the drawer. Besides those things the stay was nice, the room was huge and had two smart TVs which was nice. If you need a cheap place to stay for the weekend this is a good place but not a great place
The crackheads knocking on my hotel door at midnight was unique...as were all the stolen cars with no license plates around the back of the hotel.
