I am giving this hotel a bad rating. Check-in only allows traditional bank debit/credit cards. I was unable to use Venmo, CashApp, Robinhood, etc debit cards. No NFC payment, like Google, Samsung or Apple pay. People are using more high tech payment methods. They had no breakfast, but could have offered a substitute like boxed cereal. The pool was closed. I had my cell phone stolen from my vehicle in their parking lot. A few basic changes would make this a great place to stay.

The property was in a decent location that wasnt too far from the city and had all kinds of restaurants nearby so if you wanted somewhere quick, you're co ered. The amount of space in the room was good too, (2 rooms converted to 1) which gave a living room. The bad stuff was during a renovation, it looks like they took out what would be a kitchen and full size fridge so in this large area you have a microwave and mini, which isn't the worst, just a note. Nothing really fancy, but it is very clean and decently maintained. Had one of the hot tub suites, the water was as hot as you like. Bed was very comfy. Two tvs with a good amount of channels. I-25 very close by. Breakfast was, meh, ok typical LaQuinta, waffles, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, (no meat though) i would stay here again with no problem.

Lobby was very nice, our room had a really bad odor, the hot tub was disgusting. Water was very dirty. Staff was friendly.
