When we arrived I asked for a luggage cart and was told they didn’t have one for me. Then later that eve we saw one in the hallway. A housekeeper told us that they have been stolen and that the property has not replaced them and so there are only 1. We did use one at time of departure We were told it was a non-smoking room but the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming to the point that we went to the target across the street shortly after arriving to get some air fresheners. listing says they have an EV charger but none of them worked and the staff didnt know anything about them. Property wasnt in great condition. Card access for the side entrances didnt work so people propped the doors open feeling unsecure

I didn’t like the fact that I told reception that I wanted my room cleaned everyday that I was there and never got done even once. Breakfast was awful, they were giving expired milk. Pool area was a mess. Dirty towels on the floor everywhere. Definitely didn’t feel safe at night

I will not be staying at this hotel again. The rooms were terrible. Our window was broken and off the track so it couldn’t be shut. The bathroom door was broken so it would not latch closed. There was a cigarette burn on the couch. There also were other little things but the window and bathroom door was the worst. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of selection. The pool was nice. It was heated and the hot tub is huge. The staff is nice!

This place was scary. Dirty, rude staff, homeless people sleeping on furniture in the lobby, dirty pool, dirty room, and the list goes on.

Property was disgusting. Room wasn’t clean, there was trash and empty bottles in the room. Stairwell smelled like urine. Door to room wouldn’t close all the way. Doors to hotel that are supposed to be secured were left open. This place was nasty….I will never stay here again.

Broken tv, broken recliner, cracked tub, hair in bed, and dirty handprints all over the door. Refused to even stay and received a refund.

Checked in and was told our room was accessible as per reservation--it was not. Staff said they were unable to switch us to one. This was the evening shift, but the day shift the next day shared the same indifference. No real rest for us here, since my spouse needed much help in and out of bathroom--dangerous at that, since there wasn't a grab bar to be found.
